Andrew Gn Spring 2009 Ready To Wear Collection
We love Andrew Gn's collection from his Spring Ready to Wear 2009. The Singaporean born designer made his line only for the superrich with clothes that start at $15,000 each. Gobstopper-size crystals—too many of them to count—decorated necklines, waistbands, and hems. Gn's burgeoning costume-jewelry collection got big play, too. The models wore bib necklaces or big drop earrings and matching cuffs on each wrist.

Prada Fairy Bag
One of Prada's newest designs, the Prada Fairy Bag, has quickly become a hot item. Gray Movement
The neutral eye shade of the moment is gorgeous gray, according Jane Larkworthy from W magazineThe color first appeared in fashion last fall, on everything from dresses and bags to fingernails. Now the stately shade is accenting eyes. “We’re seeing a lot of gray, which is interesting, because we’ve always thought of it as a fall-winter color,” says Chantecaille creative director Olivia Chantecaille, who recently made several once seasonal gray eye shadows part of the company’s permanent collection due to rising demand. “It’s replaced black in fashion and beige in makeup.”
Even self-proclaimed “taupe girl” Bobbi Brown has embraced gray as part of her palette. “Before now, the only women who wore gray eye shadow were women with gray hair,” says Brown, whose new grays were inspired by stones. “When you look at stones, some are brown, some are gray. We all fell in love with the gray ones. There’s definitely a gray movement going on in beauty and fashion.”
Variations on the shade are currently abundant, with gray eye shadows running from charcoal to sky. L’Oréal HiP Cream Shadow Paint in Steely is a dark pewter, Yves Saint Laurent Eye Colour Touch in Steel Blue is a medium slate, and Chanel Fluid Iridescent Eyeshadow in Glacier is light and silvery. For those unwilling to go all the way, Chantecaille Lasting Eye Shade in Sel and Bobbi Brown Shimmer Wash Eye Shadow in Rock have the tiniest hints of brown, while Pür Minerals Pressed Mineral Shadow in Burgundy Malachite mixes in a bit of wine. And for the undecided, Guerlain Ombre Éclat 4 Shades Eyeshadow in Perle d’Argent is a quad that spans the spectrum from palest to deepest gray.

Inspired by the delicious mix of bright colors this season, perfumer Andrea Lupo of Takasago infused the new Marc Jacobs Splash scents with an unusual combination of grapefruit, orange flower, and ginger that scream spring.

Tribal trial
Tribal (we used to called this ethnic..right?) together with hippie revive this spring. Altough this trend suit for bold and fierce style, everybody can wear this with careful choice. I prefer to wear only one tribe at a time, considering am not United Nation.

Hasil akhir di runway lengkap dengan dua pompon kasmir hitam yang dijepit seperti telinga dikedua sisi konde minimalis – bagian Minnie nya- dan kombinasi dari bibir kuat merah darah/mata smokey canggih – bagian Helmut nya-. silver for spring
Polishing their acts, designers poured on the silver for Spring. Nicolas Ghesquière created armorlike ensembles with stiff, softly glowing fabric at Balenciaga—Nicole Kidman sported a suit made of the stuff on the red carpet in Sydney last month. Olivier Theyskens went the molten route at Nina Ricci, draping silk into a liquid mercury gown. And Vera Wang favored foil-like lamé for her toga dresses. Naeem Khan also gave the metal high marks. "I use real sterling silver because it actually molds to the body," he said.
